Emergency Appeal

Over the weekend of 14/15 September 2019 the Costa Blanca suffered its worst storm in 140 years. Huge areas have been flooded, thousands have been evacuated and many have lost their homes and possessions. In Dolores, our kennels and offices have been virtually destroyed and we now face a mammoth task to rebuild.

Fortunately all the dogs in our care are safe and have been re-homed with other charities and foster carers around the region. We want to express our hearfelt thanks to all those people and organisations that helped to evacuate our dogs and find them temporary homes.

This is the biggest challenge we have ever faced. Insurance will provide some, but by no means all, of the funds we need to rebuild so we can’t do this without your help. Please give whatever you can to help us get back on our feet and provide the care to those dogs that need our help now more than ever.
